Microsoft has put together a handy infographic that shows the best times to post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
The best days for posting on Facebook are usually Thursday and Friday, at 1pm and 3pm, while the best days for Instagram are Monday and Wednesday, at 2am, 5pm, and 10pm.
