What's the difference between a STRATEGY and an INSIGHT?
An insight is key to the house. The strategy is the house. Here’s my definitions for the two; An insight is a revelation that makes you look at the problem in a new way A strategy is a plan of action to reach a specific goal with the limited resources you have. The insight unlocks the solution and unlocks a key part to the strategy. You need all the pieces (problem, goal, solution) for it to make it a strategy. I share an example of the insight and strategy for Adidas on the last page.
